Kitchen tools look clean long before they are, and the places residue collects are consistent across every category. Knowing where they are makes a routine wash considerably more effective.

Where Residue Actually Hides

Seams between head and handle. The underside of anything with a raised edge. Inside hollow handles. Around silicone lid seals. In the perforations of graters and slotted spoons.
